Douglas has sold and or acquired over 75 business centre premises for clients and over the past few years and has sold more flexible workspace groups than any other consultant in the UK. He has also acquired more than 500,000 sq ft of office space for flexible workspace operators throughout the UK on both traditional and non-traditional leases, management agreements and through freehold purchases. 

We work closely with agents looking to bring in flexible options to their client’s property solutions and also work directly with landlords who are now preparing the future proofing of their assets. More recently we have undertaken some significant rent review work on behalf of flexible workspace operators who need considered advice when dealing with setting new rent levels for their operating business.
