The new centre will provide circa 26,000 square feet of flexible office space and approximately 400 desks.  As part of an ongoing mixed use development by Mount Anvil, the centre will open in phases, with the initial phase opening for clients in March 2015. Given the phased nature of the development, the Company does not expect this centre to reach full maturity until 2017.

Work to establish the Eagle House centre is expected to start in October 2014.  Alan Pepper, Chief Executive of ASOG commented on the new centre: “I am delighted that we are able to announce this new centre at the heart of London’s growing Tech City and close to Silicon Roundabout. This is a new area of London for the Company and demonstrates our commitment to being London’s leading serviced office provider and supporting London’s growing SME community. This project is the culmination of many months collaborative work with Mount Anvil, the developer, and we look forward to working with them to complete the establishment of the centre.”
