Avanta Serviced Office Group to open Regent Street business centre

Avanta Serviced Office Group has agreed to lease 33,000 sq ft of Regent Street office space from The Crown Estate.

The centre at 48 Warwick Street, set to open in October 2014, will provide over 500 desks over five floors and a mezzanine.

The deal is the latest example of the success of The Crown Estate’s £1bn investment strategy for Regent Street, part of which has focused on developing new modern office space, complimented by the area’s world leading retail and leisure offer, its unique heritage and iconic architecture and its vibrant public spaces. Offices on Regent Street range from 100 sq ft to 100,000 sq ft, catering for a wide range of businesses.

The letting supplements Avanta’s current offering in the West End which includes offices in Covent Garden, Mayfair and Euston.
