Unlike a traditional lease, where the property owner has little to no involvement in the operation of the space, a management agreement is a partnership between flex provider and property owner. Among the benefits for property owners are more control of your tenant base, reduced void periods, better ESG credentials and better premium revenue per square foot.

What is Getting Management Agreement Ready? (GMAR)

g8 Consult has completed a landmark joint venture Flex transaction at 24-28 Bloomsbury Way with clients Runway East representing our second major transaction together in the busy Central London flex marketplace.

Following a major refurbishment and fit-out of the surplus offices this summer, Runway East will open its flex space at 24-28 Bloomsbury Way in London from Winter 2023.

 

g8 acts for BE offices in completion of ground-breaking JV

The deal will see BE Offices managing the 58,000 sq ft building on Straidorn’s behalf by way of an innovative JV management agreement. Opening in summer 2022, BE Offices are pursuing WELL Certification for the building via the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).

The iconic (and newly refurbished) building is 2 minutes’ walk from Old Street station. It will provide 23,000 sq ft of flex space with all the amenities you would expect: stunning terrace, showers & changing facilities, on-site café, dedicated collaboration space and much more.
