Its period features enable us to offer an exclusive product to clients who require flexibility, a prestigious address and an office solution which exceeds expectations. We are creating a new serviced office brand, which focusses on high levels of service in prime locations. Our flagship office will serve as a taster for the pipeline of buildings we have coming online over the next 18 months. We are very excited about working with Maybourne to launch our flagship Halkin office in the heart of Mayfair.”
